The Varsity girls defeated William Floyd yesterday by a score of 2 - 1.  Jamie Cranor beat out the defender and scored with 4:29 left in the first half to give PM a 1 - 0 lead.  Floyd tied the score one minute later.  With 30 minutes left in the second half PM was awarded a direct kick 25 yards out.  Gabby D'Aprile scored and gave the Raiders a 2 - 1 lead.  The defense was able to shut out floyd in the second half to give the Raiders the win.  PM finished the first half on the league season with a 5-1 record.  The next game will be Saturday at 2pm against Ward Melville.
